Over the past few years, I’ve loved being able to put my local area, Keynsham in Bristol on the map on the wellbeing front. Through my Yoga For Men classes, media appearances, charity campaigns and more, I’ve always been proud to say that so much of what I’ve achieved has been due to the support from my local community. Never more so than returning to teach after COVID lockdowns.
It’s been a match made in heaven that I’m now bringing a brand new Wellbeing Village to Keynsham Music Festival this summer. The village will be in a dedicated area away from the crowds with a marquee as its centrepiece, and gazebos around to create a village atmosphere with its own identity.
With around 10,000 visitors on the day, this will be a not to be missed opportunity to showcase what Keynsham has to offer its community to support their wellbeing. I can’t wait to bring this all to life.
I’m pulling together the programme for the Wellbeing Village which will take place on Saturday, 2nd July. I know that wellbeing takes on many forms. Yoga, pilates, sound baths, aerial fitness, nutrition, massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy – the list goes on. If you’re reading this, have something exciting to offer, and are based in Keynsham or the surrounding area, I would love to hear from you.
To register your interest is simple. Contact me at helloyogadad@gmail.com. Once I’ve received your email, I’ll be in touch to arrange our 1st get together towards turning our plans into reality.
I can’t wait to hear from you…

Hi Niki – thanks for getting in touch. What you can offer sounds perfectly suited for the wellbeing village. If you can fill in the survey linked through the blog, I’ll make sure you’re included in the planning and first meet invite.
