Book Now

You need to book a space if you want to attend any of my yoga classes. This is so that I can ensure that there is sufficient space at the venue for everyone that attends. 

You don’t need a PayPal account to book onto a class. You need to click the PayPal button on the screen, select ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ and input your card details, completing payment that way.

Once you have booked your place, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Please bring the following with you:

  • Yoga or exercise mat
  • Wear comfortable clothing – I find that a t-shirt and shorts works well
  • An extra layer (e.g. pullover, hoodie) for the relaxation towards the end of the class
  • A bottle of water and a small towel
  • A big smile 🙂

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the class. Please email me at I will issue you with a discount code credit for a future class.
