I run yoga classes in central Bristol, Keynsham and the surrounding area. These include Yoga for Cyclists, Yoga for Men, Yoga for Charity and 1-2-1 sessions.
Yoga for Cyclists
This focuses on yoga poses that help alleviate aches and pains often experienced by cyclists, prevent injuries and improve performance. The classes follow a structured programme that stretches the limbs, engages the core muscles and improves mental concentration. The programme also develops balanced strength, integrates slower, deeper breathing through movement and optimises recovery through restorative poses.
Please contact me to register your interest in future courses.
You can find out further details on the programme at my Yoga for Cyclists page.

I teach yoga designed specifically for the male body. These classes focus on improving flexibility, developing balanced strength, increasing stamina and relieving stress.

1-2-1 Yoga Sessions
