Welcome to the YogaDad website. By using this Website and booking a YogaDad class, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions . If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or book a yoga class.

The Website offers information about face-to-face yoga classes that are available to book, and some general mens health and wellness advice. The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information published on this web site is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur.
Content within blog posts are the documented thoughts, opinions and personal experiences of YogaDad, and should not be treated as factual, or used for any educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Website.
You agree not to post offensive comments on blog posts.

4. ONLINE BOOKINGS

Online Booking enables you to reserve your space at a yoga class, it does not form a binding contract.
You agree to only book classes that you intend on attending, and agree to cancel your booking if you realise you are unable to attend.
Fees for paid services are displayed on the Website.
Payments are NOT requested at the the time of booking.
You accept that your contact details are required to confirm a booking. These details will be held securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of YogaDad or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of this Website, to the extent permitted by UK law.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

Class terms

8. attendance restrictions

You must be over 16 to attend a YogaDad class, and any under 18's must be accompanied by a paying and responsible adult (over 18).
Whilst the 'Yoga for Men' classes are designed for the male body, YogaDad WILL permit entry for any gender, or non-binary person.

9. Health Disclaimer

You agree to consult a healthcare professional before attending YogaDad classes. You acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion, and you assume all risks associated with participating in any face-to-face class, or following a recorded yoga class.
By attending a YogaDad class, you are agreeing and accepting responsibility for your own health and fitness. You agree to inform the yoga instructor of any health concerns, injuries or impairments BEFORE the start of the class.
YogaDad is not responsible for any injury caused by improper movement during the class. You assume full responsibility for knowing the limits of your own body and ensuring that you do not push yourself beyond safe limits.
YogaDad reserves the right to refuse to teach any body who is in visible poor health, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is displaying erratic behaviour.

10.Payment & Refund Policy

Fees for paid services are displayed on the Website.
Payments are NOT requested at the the time of booking.
Payment for service will be requested at the beginning of each class.
Cash or card payments (using Sum-up) are accepted.
Payments are non-refundable, except as required by UK consumer law.

11. LOYALTY CARD

For each paid for class, YogaDad will stamp your loyalty card once. When your loyalty card has 10 stamps you will be eligible to attend your next class for free.
If a loyalty card is lost YogaDad is not obliged to replace this or honour any stamps that were on it.
If a loyalty card is tampered with, ripped, or defaced in any way, we have the right to refuse it.
If an attendee forgets to bring their loyalty card to a class, it is at the discretion of YogaDad on whether he will issue an extra stamp the following week.
There is no monetary value associated with a loyalty card or a stamp, and it cannot be used as payment for, or part payment towards another YogaDad service.
YogaDad reserves the right to cease offering loyalty cards or stamps at any time.
Loyalty cards are subject to availability.

12. FREE FIRST CLASS

You are only eligible to book onto a free first class if you have never attended a 'Yoga for Men' class before, or at the discretion of YogaDad.
YogaDad reserves the right to cancel your free class booking, or move it, to limit the number of free attendees per class.
If you book a free class, and then fail to attend without notifying, YogaDad reserves the right to refuse another free class booking.

13. CANCELLATIONS

You agree to cancel your class booking if you are no longer able to attend.
There is no financial penalty for cancelling a booking.
Repeated 'no shows' with continued failure to cancel bookings, may be refused future bookings.
YogaDad reserves the right to cancel a class at short notice, due to sickness or issues with the venue, or other reasons out of our control.
YogaDad will not reimburse for any expenses incurred, due to a class cancellation

14. LATE ARRIVALS TO CLASS

You agree to arrive at a class on time (preferably 5-10 minutes beforehand)
We politely request that if you arrive late to a class and the doors are shut, then you should not enter, unless you can see there is a natural break in the yoga class.
YogaDad reserves the right to refuse entry of any latecomers.

15. EQUIPMENT USE

You agree to bring your own yoga mat. YogaDad does have some spares, but cannot guarantee availability.
Any equipment such as blocks, or straps that YogaDad offers for use during the class, should be returned in the same condition at the end of the class. Equipment is subject to availability.
You agree to report any damage to yoga equipment.

16. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal belongings are brought to classes and the venue at the member’s own risk.
YogaDad, or the hosting venue accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
For security reasons you are advised to keep valuables with you at all times.

17. VENUE

Smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere at the venue premises before, during or after a class.
You are requested not to wander around the premises and to stick to permitted areas only.
You must use the appointed entrance to the premises when entering or leaving. Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and you must not interfere with these doors for any reason.

18. CAR PARKING

Parking at venues is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
You agree to follow the on site parking rules and restrictions, and park within designated bays.
Parking is at your own risk, and neither the venue or YogaDad can be held responsible for any damage.

19. SAFETY & HYGIENE

You agree to follow the hosting venue rules around safety, and be mindful of any safety signs or hygiene procedures on site.
You must not bring nuts, seeds or oat based food items onto the venue premises. This is to comply with the School allergy policy in place.
No alcohol is to be brought into or consumed at the venue premises.

GENERAL TERMS

20. changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

21. governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
