A first-of-its-kind retreat designed specifically for the male body and exclusively for men. The setting is the stunning Somerset countryside to disconnect from our everyday lives. Joining like-minded men as we grow our Yoga for Men community in an amazing space.

Reflect >> Silent country walk to Stanton Drew stone circle to connect with nature.
Refocus >> Meditation practice for self awareness of mental processes, clarity and calm.
Recover >> Restorative yoga class and breath sequence, using yoga props for support.
Refuel >> Healthy foods & drinks throughout including tasty lunch from a local provider.

Yoga for Endurance Sports Workshop >> Pacific Yoga, Finzels Reach, central Bristol.
Endurance sports such as cycling and running can place considerable strain on the body and mind. This is in particular due to the often repetitive motion over long distances. For those that participate in multi-discipline sports such as duathlons and triathlons, the impact can be all the greater. This workshop provides the opportunity to learn techniques that will complement an endurance sport. For example, by focusing on stretching and strengthening the body supports longer, leaner muscles that are less susceptible to injury. Focusing on techniques that supports slower, deeper breathing, maximising oxygen intake, easing tension in the body. and bringing clarity to the mind.
