Yoga Classes


I run yoga classes in central Bristol, Keynsham and the surrounding area. These include Yoga for Men, Yoga for Cyclists, Yoga for Charity and 1-2-1 sessions.  

Yoga for Men

I teach yoga designed specifically for the male body. These classes focus on improving flexibility, developing balanced strength, increasing stamina and relieving stress.

‘Drop-in’ classes take place at Keynsham Baptist Church, Keynsham High Street (next to Grounded). Every Monday, 7 – 8pm.

All equipment provided. £8 / class (loyalty card available).

Yoga for Charity

I offer friendly, accessible donation-based yoga classes in Bristol that not only promotes physical and mental health & wellbeing but also raises funds for worthy causes. During 2018, classes raised £100’s for Costa Rica Animal Rescue Centre, Bristol Bike Project, Motor Neurone Disease Scotland, William Wates Memorial Trust and YoungMinds.

During November, my Yoga For Men classes run over slightly shorter timings (7 – 7.45pm) to accommodate talks from local charities on men’s health in support of Movember. Suicide Prevention Bristol (4 Nov), We Hear You (11 Nov), It’s in the Bag (18 Nov) and Bristol Mind (25 Nov). All profits to the charity. See blog for details.

Yoga for Cyclists

These classes focus on yoga poses that help alleviate aches and tension often experienced by cyclists, prevent injuries and improve performance. My popular six-class programme covers themes such as stretching the limbs, developing balanced strength and optimising recovery through restorative yoga poses.

1-2-1 Yoga Sessions

If you find it difficult to attend group classes, or you have a specific ailment or injury that hinders you from attending general yoga classes, I offer 1-2-1 Yoga Sessions. These will be tailored to your specific needs, and can take place at a venue of your choosing.
