I run yoga classes in central Bristol, Keynsham and the surrounding area. These include yoga for cyclists, yoga for men, yoga for charity and 1-2-1 sessions.
Yoga for Cyclists
This focuses on yoga poses that help alleviate aches and pains often experienced by cyclists, prevent injuries and improve performance. This includes stretches that relieve back pain, ease tension across the neck and shoulders, open the hips, strengthen and lengthen the leg muscles and improve breathing.
My six-week programme at 73 Degrees bike shop in Keynsham has SOLD OUT.
My six week programme at Yoga Loft in Bristol has been postponed until early 2019.
Further details coming soon. Contact me to register your interest.
