Tonight, I ran my 2nd yoga for cyclists taster session at 73 Degrees bike shop in Keynsham. We moved the class to the front of the shop, and it felt like the perfect space for yoga for cyclists – complete with bikes and accessories surrounding us.
The feedback I received from both classes has been hugely positive. What has been particularly pleasing has not only been seeing familiar faces return, but meeting many that have never practiced yoga before and seeing them really enjoying their yoga.
Given the significant interest in the classes, I am very pleased to announce that I am starting a six-week yoga for cyclists programme on Weds, 5th September. The classes will continue at 73 Degrees, with each class designed specifically for cyclists.
These classes will provide my students with a comprehensive beginner’s level programme. This will develop their knowledge and confidence in practicing yoga to complement their cycling and ultimately make for more enjoyable rides.
I am really excited about launching this programme as this is the first of its kind in Bristol. If you are interested, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact me through my Getting in Touch page.
